As a Tree Hub, you play a crucial role within More Trees Now. It’s great that you want to serve as a green waypoint for seedlings on their journey to a new location where they can thrive.
A Tree Hub is a central location where trees and shrubs from multiple harvest days are collected. These are temporarily stored until they are sorted and distributed in a biodiverse mix to various planting sites. Tree Hubs remain active throughout the winter, often in partnership with community or vegetable gardens. Once established as a Tree Hub, you can organise giveaway events using our Tree Planner tool and guides, ensuring these saplings are given a second chance to thrive.
A Tree Hub can be anything! It could be a front garden, a vegetable patch, or even a spare acre from a farmer. a Tree Hub is both easy and enjoyable!
